I just read the DailyOM for today called "At Your Own Pace" and am feeling encouraged to move forward with what I'm doing - going to school, building my business, helping my family, etc - at my own pace. I've felt anxious about Mom and Eddie, which will have an affect on where I go to school and live. But if I stay focused on the journey I'm on, I'll move at the right pace and we will all end up together eventually.

I skated in the rain and got a new smoothness in my 5-0 grinds I've never had. It started a great run. I got a tailslide in. I almost pulled a frontside shove-it up the curb :) I manualed up again and got a clean backside 180 down it. Out of that I got a half-cab up the second manual pad and came off solid. Driving home I laughed out loud to Ohh willly will won't go home! :)

I saw Doctor Daniel at Pearle Vision for my first eye exam this morning. He said my eyes were healthy and I could see at 20 feet what most people could see at 13. Just yesterday I was telling my mom that I feel like sometimes I can't see past my nose. And I feel the theme with my relationship with Meredith is that I'm flying blind. Some times I lack the vision she does and get caught up in what I see - what I don't like about her, me, our relationship. But I'm learning to completely accept her (as another Me) and enjoy our relationship fully.

I can play. I know when bills are due - I'll be able to pay them all :) - Guitar is fun, downloading music is better! Business is lined up. Love-n-Cacao is delicious and skating is amazing.
